Halcyon Gears provides watch repair and restoration services, including diagnostic inspection, hairspring and balance adjustment, and case restoration. Services are provided at our Bangkok workshop and are subject to availability and scheduling.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our contact form or communicating with us, you agree to provide accurate information and to use our website only for lawful purposes.

• Do not submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with our website's operation
• Treat workshop staff and property with respect during visits

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and design elements, is owned by Halcyon Gears or used with permission. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce or redistribute it without our consent.

6. Payment Terms

Prices for our services are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are provided as starting rates; final pricing is confirmed after inspection where applicable. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds for diagnostic visits are not generally offered once the inspection has been carried out, given the labor involved.

7. Service-Specific Terms

For repair and restoration work, the scope of service is discussed and agreed upon before work begins, particularly for case restoration where a plan is reviewed with the client first. Timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the work and parts availability.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an as-is, best-effort basis. While we take care with every watch, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for movements or cases with pre-existing wear, damage, or age-related conditions beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Halcyon Gears' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold Halcyon Gears harmless from any claims arising from misuse of our website or from inaccurate information provided to us in connection with a service request.

11. Termination

Either party may discontinue a service arrangement at any point before work begins. Once inspection or repair work has commenced, applicable fees for work completed remain payable.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through informal discussion; if unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok.

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Halcyon Gears regarding our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
